  2. All applications should include name, address, postcode and original till receipt, showing your purchase of Ariel Stain Remover, together with the questionnaire.
  3. Please print the completed questionnaire and post it back to us.
  4. Once we receive the completed questionnaire and till receipt, we will make a full refund.
  5. Claims should be made within 4 weeks of the date on your till receipt.
  6. The Promoter is not liable for applications that are lost in the post, incomplete, delayed or damaged.
  7. The closing date is 31 October 2012.
