Freeze your Coriander!

When you buy your coriander for curries or whatever dish you are making, wash it throughly and chop finely. Stick in a plastic self seal freezer bag and you can use it straight from the freezer. Storing it this way means you dont waste it if you only use it once and it retains the flavour.
