Where children and husbands are reluctant to eat vegetables. make a pot of vegetable soup using whatever is to hand,levftover or whatever is on offer at Supermarker, provided it isn't too green!! Cook it up with either a stock bone or simple stock cubes - puree (having removed bones) and add tomato puree and sugar to taste, with seasoning and low and behold, yummy soup the kids and vegetable allergic husbands eill consume :-)
