Many of us are aware of the benefits of Omega-3 fats in an adult’s diet, but they can also help improve learning and behaviour. Research carried out by Oxford University with groups of children who had difficulties in these areas shows marked improvements if they took an Omega-3 supplement. Eggs, salmon and dark green leafy vegetables are just some of the foods that can provide Omega-3 fats.
