add flaviour to gravies and stews ECT.

add a good glug of dark soy sauce to gravies , cassorloes, stews ECT for a loverly richness and no need to add salt .a couple of tea spoons to gravy and a good 2 table spoons to casseroles , what a differance in taste if you like a rich gravy , perfect in stake and kidney pie insted of ale realy yummy . i never cook without it now .
