Easy Chicken and Sweetcorn Soup

1. Take a large pan and place chicken pieces in (thighs and drumsticks). 2. Cover with water to amount of soup required. 3. Bring to the boil and simmer until tender. 4. Remove chicken from what is now chicken broth. 5. Shred chicken and place back into the broth. 6. Add as much sweetcorn as required. 7. Bring to the boil and thicken with cornflour mixed with a little cold water. Serve with warm crusty bread or prawn crackers. Recipe courtesy of my mum.
