For the perfect salad - chop (Cucumber, Onion, Peppers, Sweetcorn, Grated Carrot, Lettuce, Celery etc..) into small pieces (not tomato as it makes it soggy). Throw into a lunch box and shake. Put it in the fridge and use when needed. Lasts days and saves time & effort, also cause it is chopped up so small you don't know what you are eating... Great in pittas, or as a side salad and all good for you!!
