If your family do get head lice, make sure you keep up combing every couple of days until everyone is clear. Even those who don’t seem to be affected should comb more regularly during this period. If you find an infestation where there are more than 30 lice floating around your rinse bowl by the end of a comb-through, it’s probably worth buying a lice-busting shampoo treatment as you will find this kills more straight away. But do continue to comb through with conditioner, too.
