Body lotion

I live on my own and just love to smother myself with body lotion or oil after a bath/shower BUT how on earth do I get the lotion on my back and up between my shoulder blades? I use a small radiator paint roller, the sort that you paint behind a radiator with. Easy peasy, back sorted.
