couch potato- breaking the habit

While watching soaps or programmes with commerical breaks, get up during the break and do a chore around the house. If all chores are completed then walk/run up and down the stairs. Not only are you exercising every 15 to 20mins. and getting the circulation moving but you don't feel guilty about sitting in front of the t.v. and watching your fav. programmes.
