How to deal with winter chapped lips!!

Winter chapped lips can ruin even the best make up and who wants to look flaky?? Exfoliate your lips every other day with your electric toothbrush and then apply lashings of Vaseline for that luscious look. PS. Don't forget the corners of your mouth too!!
