Work out your body mass index

Doctors recommend that you maintain a body mass index (BMI) of between 18.5 and 25 (the average ideal body weight). To calculate this, multiply your height in metres by itself (e.g. 1.6 x 1.6m = 2.56), then divide your weight in kg by this measurement. And there you have it!
