Get rid of moths, for good

If you find moths have gnashed through your cashmere, the sooner you act the better. You need to get rid of the moths’ eggs (which do the damage), so carefully hoover all the clothes in the wardrobe, and then the inside of the wardrobe itself. You can kill moth eggs by storing affected garments in plastic bags in the freezer for 3-4 days. If it’s endemic you’ll have to get an exterminator to deal with the problem
