I spilt tomatoe sauce on some white shirt and brought the gel read the instructions and put the washer on and when finished the stain were still there, when you show your adverts you use only one item by the looks of things this is not what happenings in the real world. I had 5 thin items and it never worked WHY.

i put my son top thro the wash 3 times using this so called stain remover. i ve now put the top in the bin. it did nt fade the stain nevermind remove it. very disopointing

I'm surprised that Ariel are allowed to make the claims that they do. This product does not work on fresh let alone dried in stains. My sons school polo shirts were untouched, the mud, paint and board rubber remains on them all - to the point I have had to reply all the shirts. Worse, Ariel do not response to customers who use their feedback forms.

Followed the instructions to the letter. It didn't even remove simple fresh food stains from a tablecloth!

Tried this new product on my whites, and it doesn't remove stains or make it any whiter looking- and leaves annoying blue marks on the tops!...from those blue balls that are in the remover. Total waste of money- back to my usual remover- the pink oxy one.
