I use this regularly, both shampoo and conditioner. If I don't use it for more than a week, I get an itchy and flakey scalp, that is very irritating. This stops it, its great.

I use this shampoo every so often if I want to refresh my hair and head and give it a good clean. Its the only shampoo I would use for this purpose!
