Something to smile about for winner Sue

Sue told us all about her great dentist and found herself winning a wonderful weekend cookery course.

It’s often the little things that make a big difference to our everyday lives. And when it comes to kindness, a little goes a long way. So it was wonderful to hear about how Sue Trevor’s great dentist helped her to overcome her nerves and approach those check-ups with a spring in her step.

To thank Sue for sharing her story, we sent both her and her husband, Dave, who are both keen cooks, on a weekend Italian cookery course at Asburton Cookery School in Devon. There, Chef Phil Oram taught them how to create such delights as gnocchi, ravioli and mascarpone and date tart. When the couple weren’t creating their yummy food, they were eating it, and both pronounced it ‘fantastico’!

Fantastic pretty much sums up their whole stay in fact. They were staying at a charming old-fashioned B&B which feels like a home-from-home - except with someone else doing all the hard work!

You don’t get to go on a wonderful weekend cookery course every day. But there’s no reason why every day shouldn’t be made special by the little things that make a big difference. Like the fresh, clean feeling you get after cleaning with an Oral B toothbrush. Or making your home smell delicious with Ambi Pur with a touch of Febreze.
