1. Power cleanse

Skin rehab body imageGive your skin a kick-start with a power-cleansing skin care routine. ‘I am a huge fan of proper cleansing and believe it’s key to having bright fresh, healthy looking skin. It’s particularly important at night to remove make-up, dirt and grime from pores, which leads to blemishes,’ explains Anastasia. For dull skin tone, double cleanse with Olay ESSENTIALS Cleansing Wipes RRP £2.49 followed by a gentle scrub with Olay ESSENTIALS Smooth Face Scrub RRP £2.49.

2. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate
‘Hydration is essential for smooth, glowing, healthy looking skin. Applying moisturiser morning and evening should be a key part of your routine to get skin in tip-top shape. I’d recommend a moisturiser with at least SPF15, even in winter, to protect skin from harming UV rays,’ explains Anastasia. Try Olay ESSENTIALS Complete Care SPF30 Day Lotion RRP £10.29.

Your Verdict: “Olay Essentials Complete Care Day Lotion with SPF 30, RRP £10.29 is lovely and light and seems to just melt into my skin. You only need a little bit for your whole face and having a SPF30 is an added bonus.” Catherine Joyce

3. Anti-age your eyes
Take a swipe at puffy eyes with a 30 second eye massage. Anastasia explains: ‘Using an eye cream such as Olay Regenerist Eye Lifting Serum RRP £21.95, or your favourite moisturiser, apply one or two pumps onto your ring fingers, then beginning at the inner corner of the lower lash area, massage into skin in a complete full circle around the eye’s orbital bone. Repeat a few times until the cream has completely absorbed. You’ll be amazed how quickly this action will reduce puffiness and give eyes a wide-awake look.’

4. Facial work-out!
A contoured jaw line is an instant youth booster. So, arm yourself with some facial fitness moves to lift the neck area. ‘To define your facial profile, massage the entire face in an upward direction using a serum or facial oil. Make a prayer position beneath the chin and glide palms outwards to touch the ears. Repeat this movement for 30 seconds to help lift and tone the jaw line. It’s a great confidence boost before a big event,’ suggests Anastasia. Try Olay Regenerist 3 Point Super Serum RRP £29.99.

Your Verdict: “This cream is great; you can really feel the difference in your skin in just a few days. It smells nice, the packaging is nice, and the formula is quickly absorbed into your skin.” Ellie99

5. Put your skin to work - whilst you sleep
Finally, a skin trick that doesn’t require you to break a sweat: ‘Cold weather and central heating can lead to dehydrated skin and facial tightness. Night creams have additional ingredients and moisturising properties that feed skin during its resting phase when it’s most receptive to repair. Apply to thoroughly cleansed skin for best results,’ says Anastasia. She recommends Olay Regenerist Night Renewal Elixir, RRP £29.99.

Your Verdict: “I love Olay products, always so simple to use, don’t break the bank and never let you down. This product was no exception, I loved it – the smell, consistency and most importantly, how soft it left my skin. I hate wearing heavy night creams, so the gel texture of this product went down very well.” Grace Hill
