A workout glow is easy to achieve – no HIIT required!


1. Wake up your facial muscles

3. Give your eyes a sprinkle of fitness dust

One of the benefits of regular exercise is the sparkle you get in your eyes after a good workout. As being active is thought to aid sleep, calm our mood and get the blood flowing, dark circles and puffy under eyes can become diminished. But, with the right hacks you can fake bright eyes without breaking a sweat. Start by using an eye serum that de-puffs and brightens the look of tired eyes. 5. Energise your skin with a respray
