Sleep well
How many hours each person needs for a good night’s sleep varies hugely, but if you don't sleep well it can affect how you perform at work, at school and in your daily life, it can also affect your weight. Keep a food diary
We often believe we eat better than we actually do. A good trick is to keep a food diary and write down everything you eat (and when) over the course of a few days. Once you are aware of your eating habits it’s easier to do something about it. For example, if you start having a piece of fruit as a snack before you go out to work, you and your family will be less tempted by that chocolate bar.

Add new Workout routines at a moderate rate
If you have got out of the exercising habit, it’s possible to ease back into meaningful workout routines. Vary the exercises so that all muscles in your body get their share, and don't forget your cardiovascular training. Make your everyday activities more physically active – take the stairs instead of the lift, walk over to talk to your colleague at work instead of sending an email. But, most importantly, don't start your exercise program too ambitiously or you might fail to meet your targets. Don't forget that it takes time to acquire new habits.
