What is a sensitive bladder?

What is it that leads to urinary incontinence and what simple steps can be taken to help?

All about your bladder

Your bladder is the hollow muscular organ that collects urine. When you pee, your pelvic floor muscles relax at the same time as the bladder contracts (or tightens). This means that urine can be let out – and kept in.

One of the most common bladder problems is a sensitive bladder, otherwise known as light adult incontinence.

The most common causes of this are weakened pelvic floor muscles or disorders in the nervous system regulating the bladder.

I don't know if it's just me. But the link to the exercises you can do to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles isn't working. I don't know if it's because I'm using Chrome (I've found a couple of your pages don't work in Chrome) But it keep coming up as 'Ooops, Sorry!' Although on the topic at hand. I find drinking lots (non caffeinated, acidic, or alcohol) really helps me.
