I'm commenting on the product safety labelling. The example appears not to match the information in the paragraph. After spending some time figuring out the probable meaning of the labels, I can suggest: do not pour from original container into another container; do not mix with other products; do not put a mobile phone into water. Maybe that last one could also be, if you have a cut and plaster on your hand, do not put it into water. Nowhere do I see a warning to use a product with dry hands.
