Ingredients (serves 5 people)

  • Bananas
  • soft fruit juice
  • plain or Greek yoghurt
  • half a glass of orange juice.

Directions

  1. Blend bananas with any other soft fruit you have plus plain or Greek yoghurt and half a glass of orange juice.


  2. If you’re feeling luxurious add a large splosh of double cream or two scoops of vanilla ice cream too, but this isn’t necessary for a yummy cooling dessert.
