By using the community features on SuperSavvyMe, you agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. You also commit to following these guidelines, which may be updated periodically. The community features include:

Participation Requirements

To contribute to the SuperSavvyMe community, you need to meet the following criteria:

  1. This offer is available to all residents of mainland UK aged 18 years and over, excluding employees of Procter & Gamble UK (“P&G”) and its affiliates and agents, the families of such employees and any other person connected with this promotion.

  2. No purchase is required. 

  3. Only one sample is allowed per household. 

  4. The sample is as stated and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged.

  5. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a sample of equal or greater value if the original sample is unavailable due to circumstances beyond their control.

  6. To claim your free sample you must be a member to apply and participate in campaigns.

  7. The Promoter will not be liable for applications not received or incomplete.

  8. Entries will be deemed invalid if address fields are incomplete. By submitting the form, you confirm that your address is correct. P&G is not responsible for undelivered samples due to inaccuracies.

  9. Please allow up to 28 working days for delivery.

  10. The Promoter reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

  11. By joining SuperSavvyMe and becoming a member of the Savvy Circle community, you agree to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in the Community Guidelines. 

  12. By participating in you consent to any publicity generated as a result of the reviews and to images and text entry being used for publicity or promotional purposes including, and not limited to, websites, social media, magazine or mobile services at any time without further consent or payment.

We reserve the right not to post your review if it contains any of the following types of content or violates our Terms and Conditions:

  • Obscenities, discriminatory language, or other language not suitable for a public forum

  • Advertisements, “spam” content, or references to other products, offers, or websites

  • Email addresses, URLs, phone numbers, physical addresses, or other forms of contact information

Reviews and comments that are offensive or violate these policies will be removed through both automated processes and manual review. Individuals who repeatedly or severely breach these guidelines may lose their ability to post on SuperSavvyMe.

Ratings and Reviews Posting Policies

We reserve the right not to publish or to take down reviews that contain any of the following:

Spam and Fake Reviews

  • Fake reviews are not allowed and will be removed. A fake review is a review which doesn’t reflect your genuine experience of a product. 

  • Don’t post fake content or inaccurate reviews.

  • Don’t post the same content multiple times.

  • Don’t post content for the same product from multiple accounts.

  • Don’t post reviews on behalf of others. 

Incentivised Reviews

  • Proper disclosures must be made for incentivised reviews. Reviews that have been incentivised or that are based on the provision of a free product or via a promotion must be clearly marked and badged “incentivised”. 

Misleading information

  • We don’t allow individuals to use SuperSavvyMe to mislead others. This applies to deceptive or inaccurate reviews or content.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that violates these guidelines, please report it using the appropriate reporting features on our platform.
