Bodies come in all shapes and sizes, so to avoid uncomfortable leaks you want a sanitary pad to match. Discover how to find the right fit for you.

From tall, short, statuesque and thin bodies to hourglasses, apples and pears - it's no secret that women come in many shapes and sizes. So when we're out shopping, the name of the game is getting the right fit. Do skinny jeans or maxi skirts show off your best feature? Capris or flared legs? Making the right choice for you is half the fun of perfecting your personal style.

There can even be health benefits for choosing the right size for your body. Take bras, for instance. Too many of us put up with styles that are too tight, ending up with backaches, shoulder pain, headaches and even heartburn for our trouble.

When products that you wear close to your body have an important job to do, getting the right fit is so important. And that goes for your sanitary pads, too. The wrong size or shape can mean feeling uncomfortable all day or - worse - unfortunate leaks. If you think all pads are the same and that they all leak, then think again. You don't have to settle for a standard-issue pad and worry-free periods are possible.

Because we all have different shapes and a different flow, we need sanitary towels that come in different shapes and sizes too. That's why Always Ultra comes in four distinct sizes, so you can find one that suits your body. Each size has Secureguard contours for maximum protection, no matter what activity you're doing.

How do you choose the right size for you? Just take a look at the Always My Fit guide.

To find out which pad is best for you, just look at the top of your chart to find your underwear size and match it with your flow on the left-hand side.

Where they meet on the grid tells you which sanitary towel is likely to be right for you. So if you wear a medium in underwear and have a light flow, Size 1 will be great for you. But for the same size with a heavy flow, you'll want to step up to size 3. For extra protection and peace of mind all night, you can choose size 4, and so on.

It's amazing what a difference getting the right fit can make, because the better the fit, the better it protects - and the better you'll feel.
