The promotion is open for entry between 11pm on 23rd August 2025 and 11pm on 1st November 2025. At the promotion close 1 randomly selected winner will win 5x 495g bespoke Lenor Scent Booster packs of their own custom Lenor scent. The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years and over. Terms and conditions

This Free Prize Draw is open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years and over, excluding employees of Procter & Gamble UK and its affiliates or agents, the families of such employees and any other person connected with this promotion.

No purchase necessary.

One entry per person. No bulk or third-party entries accepted. The Instagram account owner that comments will be entered into the prize draw, but any tagged accounts will not, unless they have entered via their own account separately.

Valid entries received by 11pm on 1st November 2025 will be entered into a Free Prize Draw and the first randomly selected entrant will win 5x 495g bespoke Lenor Scent Booster packs of their own custom Lenor scent (the winner can select a maximum of 2 Lenor or Lenor Unstoppables scents to make up their custom scent and will receive 5x 495g bottles of their chosen combination).

The prize is as stated and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. There is no cash alternative. One winner per household.

The winners will be announced on the Joy of Clean Instagram page stories and will then be contacted by direct message within 14 days of the promotion closing date. To claim the prize the winner will be given the contact details of the agency dealing with the prize despatch. The winner should email using the contact details provided and state the promotion they have won, Instagram handle, their full name and postal address. In the event the claim for a prize is not received within 10 working days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Prizes will be delivered within 120 days of prize claim being received.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control.
