Pantene Money Back Guarantee Terms & Conditions

If you have purchased a Pantene product (refer to list of qualifying products below) from any participating retailer between 00:01 a.m. on 1st July 2024 and 23:59 p.m. on 30th June 2025 and have not loved it, we will refund the purchase price provided you apply within 30 days of purchase and no later than 30 days following the offer closing date of 23:59 p.m. on 30th June 2025. Please note; proof of purchase is required and the offer is limited to a single application per household.

Terms and conditions

1. This offer is open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years and over.

2. The offer is limited to a single application per household over the period of the promotion, which runs from 00:01 a.m. on 1st July 2024 and 23:59 p.m. on 30th June 2025. No bulk or third-party applications will be accepted. 

3. Offer limited to Pantene products (refer to list of qualifying products above).

4. The product must be purchased from a participating retailer and the value on the receipt must be listed in GBP (£).

To claim; go to https://supersavvyme.co.uk/pantene-mgb-termsandconditions and print and complete the online form, confirming the reason for dissatisfaction.  Send the completed form to the return address listed below with your proof of purchase (till receipt or online order confirmation).  You DO NOT need to return the product.

1. Claims must be made within 30 days of purchase and no later than 30 days following the offer closing date of 23:59 p.m. on 30th June 2025.  Applications received later than 30 days following the 30th June 2025 will be rejected.

2. Incomplete, mis-directed or late submissions will not be accepted. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost, damaged or delayed returns.

3. The qualifying Pantene product must appear on the receipt/online order confirmation. If the product is not detailed on the receipt or the applicant does not have a receipt, the application will not be processed.

4. The Promoter will refund the actual purchase price paid for a maximum of two qualifying Pantene Miracle products purchased, as evidenced by the receipt. All products need to be purchased in one transaction and listed on the same receipt.  A cheque to that value will be sent to the name and address supplied; please allow 28 days for your cheque to arrive after submission of your proof of purchase and returned product. 

5. The refund amount does not include any postage costs.

6. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate the Money Back Guarantee programme at any point in time throughout the duration of the programme.
