The expert three-step bedtime facial workout

It might feel like a luxurious treat for special occasions, but you don’t need to go to a glamorous spa to get a great facial – and it doesn’t need to cost a fortune either, says celebrity facialist Anastasia Achilleos. The right combination of hand movements and seriously effective products means you can give yourself a youth-boosting, super-hydrating facial in less than 5 minutes. Here’s how.

Step 1: the moisture massage

Take a 10p piece amount of Olay Regenerist 3 Point Treatment Cream, and massage into the palms of your hands to warm through. Start underneath your chin and glide your hands upwards towards your temples in smooth strokes. Now, using circular movements, massage around your eyes to de-puff and hydrate fine lines. Then massage under the cheeks, neck, and jaw line in broad sweeping motions, to help the cream penetrate into problem areas, boosting hydration levels for luminous skin.

Step 2: tap, push, hydrate

Take a few pumps of Olay Regenerist 3 Point Super Serum, and apply it to face, neck and décolletage (chest, shoulders and cleavage) area in tapping motions. Next, press two fingers firmly in the middle of your forehead, on the temples, under eyes, below the cheekbones, around the mouth and jawline, and finally around the collarbone – this trick boosts circulation, giving skin the glow-factor.

Step 3: the double dip serum trick

Apply a final pump of serum. Push your hands into skin in a sweeping motion under the eyes, mouth, cheekbones and collarbone areas to reduce puffiness.
