Pack contains 28 tablets (4 weeks' supply). Take 1 tablet daily with water during a meal.
Gluten-free, lactose-free, no GMOs.
Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
Compared to Folic Acid, L-methylfolate is a form of folate which is ready to be used directly by your body.
¹ Supplemental folic acid intake increases the maternal folate status. A low maternal folate level is a risk factor in the development of neural tube defects in the developing foetus. For women of child-bearing age, a beneficial effect is obtained with a supplemental folic acid daily intake of 400 μg for at least one month before and up to three months after conception. Development of neural tube defects has several risk factors. Altering a single factor may or may not have a beneficial effect.
² Zinc supports normal fertility and reproduction.
³ Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, and also has a role in the process of cell division.
⁴ Magnesium and Iron contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
⁵ Vitamin D and Iron support the normal function of the immune system.
⁶ Selenium contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
