Pregnancy Plus Follow On is a supplement formulated to support the nutritional needs of you^2,3,4,7 and your baby⁸ during Pregnancy and for you after you have had your baby, whether you are breastfeeding or not. 

Our formula includes essential nutrients to support normal: 

• Development of your baby's eye and brain – DHA⁸

• Function of the immune system – Vitamin D⁴

¹Folic Acid contributes to normal blood formation, psychological function and normal maternal tissue growth in pregnancy. 

²Omega-3 DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid) supports the maintenance of normal vision. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of DHA. 

³Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue 

⁴Vitamin D contributes to maintenance of normal bones and supports normal muscle function, normal function of the immune system, and plays a role in the process of cell division 

⁵Iron has role in the process of cell division and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. 

⁶Vitamin B12 contributes to normal red blood cell formation 

⁷Vitamins B6 and C contribute to normal function of the immune system 

⁸Maternal intake of Omega-3 DHA contributes to the normal development of the brain and eyes of the foetus and breastfed infants. 

*The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200mg of DHA in addition to the recommended daily intake for Omega-3 fatty acids for adults: 250mg EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) and DHA.
