  2. The winners will be announced on the Joy of Clean Instagram page stories and will then be contacted by direct message within 7 days of the promotion closing date. To claim the prize the winner will be given the contact details of the agency dealing with the prize despatch. The winner should email using the contact details provided and state their full name, postal address and email address. In the event the claim for a prize is not received within 10 working days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
